Solution Based Coaching can be used in various formats for individuals, partnerships, labyrinth work and support groups. We meet you where you are one step at a time as you move forward. Upgrading better care for the mind, body and spirit is not always an easy task. Scientific research teaches us that repetitive acts of positive self-care will cause neurons to fire and wire creating healthier habits. We offer the possibilities of experiencing a body centered approach. Your story lives in the flesh. Consistency is the magic key.

A listening specialist can facilitate active listening by paying attention in a safe confidential environment. Good listening is observational without distraction and judgement with verbal feedback at the appropriate time. A listening specialist intuitively uses silence, breath, healing touch and energy medicine as a part of the conversation if needed. A good listener can pay attention to you as you learn how to pay attention to yourself. Healing begins when people feel noticed. Good listening is a fundamental component of interpersonal communication with self and others.
- What is hearing? If you are not hearing-impaired, hearing is simply happening as an act of perceiving sound by the ear.
- What is good listening? Listening is an active holistic experience. Listening is a conscious decision that allows you to process and to better understand yourself, other people, or situations holistically. We see people differently when we listen more mindfully.
As people become more self-aware, they usually take more time to re-evaluate their life journey. Hurtful memories, frozen needs, anger, fear, trauma, and tears can sometimes surface during meditation. This is the perfect process to mindfully discharge those feelings without staying stuck in the past. We give you permission to notice and express how you feel without pretense and a way to create emotional sobriety. It is important to be aware that individuals can also tap into the cultural trauma of a people or a family system.

A support group can be a powerful energetic experience. The support group can be an extension of your individual coaching session or it can stand alone. Our support groups are rooted in the meditative process and accountability.
- Isolation: Realizing you are not alone is important. There is power in a group. Having group support reduces stress, isolation, and a feeling of relief by working with others with similar concerns. People become group cheerleaders.
- Emotions: Expressing your feelings without being stuck in your feelings can be powerful. Learning how to respectfully listen to others in a safe space can leave a long-lasting healing experience. Some people have been emotionally constipated for years. When the time is right, you can share your challenges, and your successes. What you hear in the group you always leave in the group.
- Resources: Support groups offer practical tips and resources to tap into. People share information and strategies that moved them forward. A support group can be a safe container.
- Social Skills: Support groups help people practice healthy interactive social skills with firm boundaries. Peacemaker support groups are not dating sites or a place to market your business. Support groups work best if you participate and show up consistently on time. The group works if you work it. The more you benefit from the group the more the group will benefit from your presence.
- Service:There is something magical when we invest in the spirit of group wellness and loving kindness. Learning how to encourage the group can help people learn how to encourage outside of the group. Service from a place of wellness and not from a place of distress and neediness can be transformative.
Dr. Rachel Yehuda researched epigenetics and the intergenerational transmission of trauma from chattel slavery and the Jewish holocaust. Her research proved that (PTSD) can be passed down through generations. She noticed genes were changed by trauma and shared within family systems. The trauma affected genes were passed onto their children.
Dr. Joy DeGruy coined the phrase (Post Traumatic Slave Disorder) to address the specific trauma suffered by descendants of African slaves. American slavery was a holocaust of immense emotional horrors, physical brutality, and left psychological traumas to survivors and their descendants. The research of intergenerational transmission of traumatic experiences of Jewish people and Africans can be applied to the enormous destruction of Native American / indigenous people and their cultures.
Trauma specialist, Resmaa Menakem teaches that racialized trauma is in the body directly affecting the nervous system. “My experience as a therapist tells me that we’ve focused our efforts on the wrong direction. We have tried to teach our brains to think better about race. But what if white supremacy does not live in our thinking brains? What if it lives and breathes in our bodies?
The trauma of White Family Systems: Based on the research above the transmission of trauma can be applied to White family systems. In 1492 White men representing the wealthy elite came as explorers and colonizers already traumatized. This trauma infused their treatment of indigenousness people rooted in their history of trauma perfected on lower class white people. This trauma devastated indigenous people, African people and the next generational of white children who would internalize, grow up and then infuse racial anxiety and colonial trauma onto their own family/ social systems and other POC.
People of Color
The Peacemaker Process offers a safe container for people of color to mindfully explore racialized trauma as a chronic, systemic experience that can be healed and released. The process helps BIPOC to notice their own internalized racism toward self and others like them historically that support colonized systems of oppression. The process supports people to notice how racism affects the generational mindset of children of color and community safety.
We offer a process to help dismantle and buffer the daily micro aggressions of racism through mindful self-care of the mind, body, and spirit including healthier therapeutic relationships with White allies. Sadly, racism is not a past event, so we respond to it mindfully with a one day at a time self-care practice in order to create transformational changes for our planet.
White People
The Peacemaker Process offers a safe container for White progressives to mindfully explore how they have internalized racialized trauma and White fragility as chronic, systemic experiences. We believe that White people have experienced trauma in different ways historically to support colonized systems of oppression, but too many are not aware. We believe this experience can generationally be healed and released with creative interventions for a new future.
We encourage White people to notice how systemic racism affects the generational mindset of White children. We offer support for those who want to recover from their own racial anxieties and challenges. We believe that the new frontier for White allies and leaders will be the healing of White communities in general including healthier therapeutic relationships with BIPOC through mindful self-care of the mind, body, and spirit. Sadly, racism is not a past event, so we respond to it mindfully with a one day at a time self-care practice in order to create transformational changes for our planet.

Solution-based coaching is a new way to re-evaluate the origins of your past or present challenges and patterns that diminish positive outcomes. Everybody has a right to “feel their feelings”. But at the same time there is a strong possibility that no one person or a group must be emotionally stuck in a repetitive cycle of distress, trauma and frozen needs. Repetitive cycles of distress and uninterrupted trauma can hinder wellness for decades and centuries such as descendants of American chattel slavery, descendants of slave owners, Native Americans, victims of present-day mass shootings, addictive/ family systems. You can leave your first session with the opportunity to plant seeds for a new future before your first session is over.
You never have to remember every detail of a negative situation in order to create new neural networks of wellness. Every experience has been recorded by your body and its nervous system. The more you meditate and care for your mind, body and spirit mindfully the more your nervous system and body will rejuvenate. We take into consideration what you feed your body, what you feed your mind and spirit as the foundation for a renewed life of wellness.
