General policies at Peacemaker Enterprise include:
• No refunds
• No cell phones use while in session (we ask that you turn it off or put in ‘do not disturb’ mode),
• Do not bring pets, food, or unauthorized young people.
• Please bring your own writing material to take notes.
Except money paid for a product not in stock or no longer made, there are no refunds or returns for our massage sessions, support groups, coaching sessions or body products purchased online or in-person.
- Cancellations will be rescheduled. We request at least a 24 hour cancellation by phone or by email before your appointment. Clients who cancel less than 24 hours will be charged a late fee of $25. The whole fee will be covered for clients who don’t show up or neglect to contact us within the appropriate time; emergencies and illness are taken into consideration.
- Discount packages that are time sensitive and not used and have expired are NOT refundable or transferable.
- Clients are requested to cancel workshops or retreats 30 days before the event for a full refund, not including a handling fee based on the coat of the particular program.
- Cancellations for massage and coaching sessions will be rescheduled.
Customer payments will be processed in a secure environment using SSL encryption. Our secure systems also use address and card verification systems to protect and block your data.
